VULA is a wedding planning and management platform that provides tools for guest management, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and event planning. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Paid features are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VULA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
